To create a voice profile, you simply select a few sentences belonging to the speaker while editing a recording, and the system stores them as a reference. Experience shows that about two minutes of good-quality audio per person is more than enough for reliable recognition. No separate recording is necessary; profiles can be created and expanded based on existing recordings. This small upfront time investment pays off exponentially later, as the program then automatically handles speaker identification and inserts the correct identifiers into the transcript for every subsequent transcription.

Users can view, edit, or permanently delete stored voice profiles at any time from the Files menu, ensuring that only the data essential for their work remains in the system.
